Regulatory

ACRS provides monitoring services that furnish the client with details on events that occur in regulatory agencies and legislative sessions. The objective of these services is to ensure that our clients remain aware of all activities, ACRS constantly monitors state, national and FCC functions. We participate in industry association meetings and attend all conferences given by state associations, the Organization for the Protection and Advancement of Small Telephone Companies, the National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners and other organizations.
 

We also offer tariff services such as the preparation of present tariff revisions, the introduction of a rate design for new services and drafting of original tariffs. We also aid in the filing for a certificate of convenience and necessity including witness representation.
